Individual Therapy: $180 per session

Couples Therapy: $225 per session

Group Therapy
I offer structured therapeutic group programming in addition to individual and couples therapy services.

8-Week Therapeutic Group Program: $400 total for the full 8-week series - Group offerings vary.
The 8-week group fee covers participation in the complete program and is due prior to or at the start of the first group session unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Group participation is voluntary and subject to availability. Fees are non-transferable and apply to the full program series regardless of attendance unless otherwise determined by the facilitator.

FULL MIND BODY SPIRIT COUNSELING LLC
Offers individual and group experientials through: Movement Medicine. This offering integrates somatic awareness and exploration to support emotional processing and mind-body connection.

Participation in Movement Medicine is optional and separate from individual or couples therapy services.

Group Offerings are Donation Based: No one will be denied participation based on inability to pay.

Private Offerings are priced based on the length of each session.

Workshops are priced on the length of the experiential or workshop and number of expected participants.

Nature of Service
Movement Medicine is a community-based, wellness-oriented individual and group offering and is not intended to replace individual psychotherapy or clinical treatment services unless otherwise specified in the treatment plan.
Participation in the group is voluntary and may be discussed as part of the client’s overall therapeutic process when clinically appropriate.
